Running 25:40 [4] 5.4 km (4:45 / km)

Ran to and up about half arthur's seat and went back in a smooth curve. It went kind of fast but was a lot tougher than it should be.

Rested and did shit yesterday and resting and doing shit today too, but tomorrow I'll be training once again..!
I guess I can add that I went on a trip to Loch Lomond yesterday, good fun! Our guide was kind of mental and just very funny. "happy days"

Running warm up/down 13:27 [2] 2.18 km (6:10 / km)

Jogged to arthur's seat

Running 13:14 [4] 1.49 km (8:53 / km)

Ran 4x1minute intervals uphill and jogged down as rest. I got about 200 metres on every interval.

Running warm up/down 10:15 [2] 1.75 km (5:51 / km)

I walked for a while and then jogged the rest back. (this is only the jog)
