60 crunches
50 squats
100 bicycle crunches
2x 45s plank (rest for 10s)
40 calf raise
3x 10 press ups (10s rest between each set)
30 rotating superman (lie on front, lift shoulders/arns to left, centre and right is one. works abs/arms)
20 one-legged squats
50s/leg fallen bridge (lie on back with knees bent, lift hips off ground and extend leg. hold, then swap legs)
1min stair running (constant up/down)
50s/side side plank
leg holds - alphabet, about 2 min. (lie on back, lift legs to almost directly above, keeping straight and locking core, draw the letters of the alphabet with legs, keeping them straight)
25 tricep dips
1min stair runing (constant up/down)

did it with Nick, felt really good, super fun cos we listened to music :) #fun #brothersisterbonding
