Hard course, 1st 45 minutes was tough, zone to high. Arms sore from workout. Foot still a problem.

French Lake Park. Bugs were nasty this morning! Went with Kayla. Left heel is bugging me, again! Right hip was o.k.

Easy run. Left heel started hurting again, right hip got stiff, worked it out. Hard to get started this morning.
