- 15min WU (indoors)
- 15min @ Tempo
- Active WU
- 2 X (5 X 1min hard with 1min easy) with 3min
- 15min CD
- PSSR
- ICE!

Spent a lot of time rolling the knee - felt great! Tempo was awesome - best yet! Minutes were tough but good qualify. Should have pushed earlier.
