Easy run on the Hospital Trails before driving to the meet today. Feeling much better than yesterday.

Rough run. Ran from Shuniah and the trails were pretty bad and I was sore and tired.

Great to be back on the LPH Trails again! Decent WO - pretty tired and sore but I met the challenge and worked through some rough patches and stayed strong and smiled.

More stretching and icing needed.

Easy run with Shannon. Legs and energy good.

Pool Workout 45:00 [3] 6.0 km (7:30 / km)

3 X (15, 30, 30, 15, 15, 30, 30, 15s with 15s) with 45s between sets (HOH for middle 10s of the 30s on sets 2 and 3)

Great WO today. Swim and drills very good. Workout was super tough but fun. I would smile and even laugh between sets about how much I was hurting and then go hurt some more.

New HR PB of 29.

Stretching and Icing 30:00 [3]

Ice Bath before picking up the girls and then really good stretch at gymnastics.

Decent long run from LPH, up Bluffs, across the expressway and into Shuniah. Hip flexors sore but not too bad and achillies are a bit tight.

Easy run on the trails in Finland on the way home. I actually felt pretty good on this run - not really sore or tired. Trails were still snowy and it made running tough in places but I just when pretty slow and easy.
