Really good WO today. This workout crushed me last year - the last set my hard minutes were just trying to be faster than a shuffle - so I was excited / intimidated to do this one again.
Each set was stronger than the one before - really in deep on the last set and just pushed, worked the arms and ran strong. Extended the CD to get in some extra mileage and practice running well when I was tired.
Starting to feel fit.
