Ran from the Baseball diamonds into the hospital trails. Decided to try a bit of a WO to get back into things.

- From river crossing to reservoir loop and back to Junot WU
- Hard from Junot to opening to reservoir (9:12)
- Easy (about the same as the WU) around the reservoir loop and back to river crossing
- Hard from river crossing to Junot (5:12)
- CD to 1h

Felt strong - good to get back into it. Fun WO, I was excited to run hard.
