Easy shake out on the Bruce Trail by Rebekkah's house. Super muddy, I bailed the first step into this run.

Woke up with a sore throat.

- 15min WU, 10 X 1min hard / 1min easy, CD to the end of 2 laps of Boulevard Lake

Good WO - legs were a bit sore to start but felt pretty good after about 3. Worked hard, now I need to focus on recovery and get mentally ready to go in Sunday.

Easy 30min on the hospital trails. Legs sore and feeling tired after pool so good adaptation is happening.

Pool WO - 2:15 - 15s by 15s

Really good WO with the team this morning - got after it right from the start. Good swim, drills, and running A's. Really worked the arm drive and arms were seizing up on most of the intervals.
