Decent WO this morning. There was some resistance to doing this but got it done. Didn't push as hard on the Running A's as I have but still good.

Wow that was hard. It was hot and I reminded myself multiple times to go out easy. I thought I did but that second lap was still a huge grind. I rolled up on Rebekkah going into the 2nd lap and could see Max coming back to me but the last 2km or so I was just trying to keep moving.
