Pool WO # 3: 3 X (3 X 70s with 20s) with 50s, Deep end run to 45min

Decent WO this morning. There was some resistance to doing this but got it done. Didn't push as hard on the Running A's as I have but still good.

Wow that was hard. It was hot and I reminded myself multiple times to go out easy. I thought I did but that second lap was still a huge grind. I rolled up on Rebekkah going into the 2nd lap and could see Max coming back to me but the last 2km or so I was just trying to keep moving.

Shuniah loop in 59:58 starting and ending at the Chalet. I was surprised that I was this fast, was feeling the last week of training so I just bopped along.
