Thursday Jan 9, 2020 #

Running 1:38:00 [3] 18.5 km (5:18 / km)

- Run from house to Boulevard Lake (15:00)
- 6min of Active stuff while waiting for Matt
- Lap of Boulevard WU (29:14)
- Lap of Boulevard Fast (23:00)
- Lap of Boulevard CD (29:32)

Wow, did I get in deep today. That was the hardest thing I have done in a long time! Run to Boulevard and WU lap were good - it was windy and lots of the trail had snow drifts so definitely not a fast day. Middle loop was good, Matt and I battled back and forth, I would open a 10m lead and then he would catch me and go by and open a lead.

Going into CD I was feeling okay but about halfway through I bonked hard, got super dizzy, shaky, and it took all my concentration just to keep running. All I could think about was food, it was so hungry. Matt was talking to me but it took too much energy to listen. I made a deal with myself that if I made it back to Bouleaved I would get a ride home. Fun.

From LU:
- WU Loop (20:04)
- Full Active WU (17:31)

- 10min of circuit (20 FH, 20 DK, 40 crunches, 20 SM) X 3 (10:51)
- WU Loop (21:07)

So sore from the squats yesterday. Changing the stimulus is hard on my old body.
