Ran from the house this morning up and around the Bluffs trails. Felt surprisingly good after yesterday, not tired or overly sore. Cold morning.

Ran the James Duncan trail out and back with no side trails with Antonio. It snowed quite a bit last night so the trail had 3 - 4 inches of loose powder over glare ice. Decent but slow footing on the flats, super slippery on the hills. We literally crawled up some of the steeper uphills and I slide down the steeper hills on my butt. Fun day. I woke up feeling a bit stuffy and didn't feel great the first 30min or so of the run. Overall strong run.

Ran with Matt this morning from Centennial and into Shuniah. Feeling strong, nice to be running in shorts in Feb.

Ran with Gavin this morning from Centennial. Was pretty good, less sore and tired than I was after the WO 2 weeks ago. Nice to see it getting light earlier.

- 1 Lap of Boulevard doing 2min fast with 1min jog (24:08)

Left the house at 6am and met Antonio and Alain at Boulevard. I was very happy to have some company for this WU, still feeling sore and banged up from the race and tired from 8 days on at work.

Really pleased with the WO - about normal effort but much faster time for the WU and WO lap, might be getting fitter. Need to stretch more.

Prework run from home. Tired and really sore from the race. Last days of the rotation at work so pretty excited.

Ran with Abdullah on the hospital trails after work. He started the run blazing, I guess thinking that he needed to impress me. We slowed down a lot coming back but we were still 3min+ faster than I usually run. Less sore than this morning.

Run on trails after work, more sore and more tired than this morning. Legs feel beaten down after the downhills yesterday.
