All your favourite Kilpatrick hits, including Cochno, The Slacks, Duncoln, Cochno again, The 356 and then a plod home. Mostly grey and cloudy but while also being almost uncomfortably warm, and so mainly spent the second half of the run longing for a frosty beverage. Legs feeling happy enough though.

Had some time to kill while my experiment did its thing so went for a run to really mix things up. Headed out without much of a plan and Hermitage was nice (apart from swallowing several bugs), so just cut about there for an hour. Unreal weather, legs feeling okay and even returned to some good data - what a time to be alive.
