Morton's Hall long run. Started with 4 boys, but kept finding more and got up to 7. Felt like a grind from the beginning and things didn't improve much.

Trail Running 1:15:16 intensity: (50:16 @3) + (25:00 @4) 20.16 km (3:44 / km) +100m 3:39 / km
ahr:175 max:210 shoes: Mizuno Wave Riders 21 (B)

Waited all day for the dark and the rain, but in classic fashion once I got going, things were peachy. Last 15mins were grindy, but for the most part having a good time.

Easy Seat lap with LucĂa. Cold conditions, but a good moon. Generally feeling much less than the last few days (head feeling much less out of it and nose has got its act together) so that is good.

A grim FWTN on Blackford and Hermitage. Got a little gap after about 15mins, and then just had to battle up and down the horrible Hermitage slopes to keep ahead. Still feeling quite rough, but you'll have to pry my FWTN knitted owl out of my cold, dead hands before you catch me slacking on alternating Thursdays.

Trail Running warm up/down 18:57 [2] 3.08 km (6:09 / km) +27m 5:53 / km

Feeling generally rubbish and on the edge of a cold all day, so cut things a bit shorter to try and get ahead of it. Legs feeling fine, but head/nose/throat not loving life as much. Hopefully will feel better tomorrow though as getting fully ill would be fairly annoying.

Morning jog with Ali and Callum, just keeping it simple with easy Meadows. Lovely stuff.

ahr:177 max:209 shoes: Saucony Carrera Spikes

6x 5mins [1min] round the Killing Swamp. Conditions were tough, but felt better than I had been dreading all afternoon and saw the full thing out. Very dead afterwards.

Strides and a grind home. Glad to have some chat to help the time pass.

Driving wind and rain Meadows: a few laps with Jack and Thompas, then a few with Finn and then a little with AT. Could have done with a bit more Spanish weather.
