Feeling uninspired so went for some N-S Seat wiggling to keep things at least semi-interesting. Lovely warm day so was dying for a drink after about 70mins, and could really feel the bonk approaching as I was slowly plodding back across the KF and Meadows. A pretty solid route I'd say - can't see too many places for improvement.

Will probably give the E-W wiggles a go at some point now, but I anticipate them being less aesthetically pleasing.

Had initally planned for 3x 10mins on the KF, but then thought a better plan was to pop hard on the 2nd one and throw in the towel. So in some respects, a successful outing.

Whinny 5 hill reps, with jog down recovery.
Wanted a bit of variation of session location, and ideally somewhere semi-quiet, so went for Whinny (where I did something very simialr to this about this time last year) and it fit the bill nicely. Chose a nice day for it too, with a hefty westerly headwind on most of the reps, and I popped super hard on the 4th rep making things rather grim. Good workout, but it will probably be at least another year until I try something like this again.
