Bit of a long warm-up, but it was nice to be out enjoying the sun so not so bad really.

2 sets of 6x 2  with an extra 5 in between. Finally managed to get a run in Miquel who said he was doing a session so I happily agreed to tag along. Tough and sweaty work but it interesting the reps just in the hills, meaning there was the full spectrum of climb vs. decent, and track vs. rocky scramble to enjoy. It's rare you'll a session with reps at both 3:20s and 11:30s, but felt like I got my money's worth and felt suitable ruined at the end.

Under a bit of time pressure, so figured I could still get in a nice Collserola run if I got a bit of a low key move on. A bit sluggish to get going but actually quite enjoyed the steady grind up some of the climbs. Also a very nice evening, so definitely glad I made the most of it.

4x Sant Pere Màrtin zig-zags from Carretera de les Aigües (about 4:15), with jog back down the direct way (about 3:20). Had intended to do 5, but went too hard early on trying to look cool in-front of some cyclists, so called it a day. Another place with some reasonable repability though, so I'm sure I'll be back for more at some point.
