Kayaking the Namakagon with Ian, Julia, Desiree, and Gary. Water was quite high, but we managed to find a sand bar above water for a snack/swim break a little past halfway.

Team SIFF with Julia B and Sam G. We screwed up on 204 (weak attackpoint, and reading too much into a relatively flat/featureless area), but otherwise did OK. My knees and ankles held up as well as could be expected until a bit after 5 hours. Then my left knee quickly became too painful to run, and I couldn't attempt a long out-and-back to get one more control.

First time on Terrace Oaks singletrack. Didn't think I was ready for the expert loop, so when I got to the sign for the trail split, I took the easy/intermediate trail. That trail quickly petered out to nothing before joining with the main trail again. I thought it was odd that almost nobody took the easy/int route, but continued on. Soon, I came to some features that I remembered from earlier. Hmm... that's odd! When I came back to the trail split again, I stopped and paid more attention. At the first sign for the trail split, they don't actually split. It must be an old trail that they've officially retired. I found the actual split a little later, and finished OK.

First impression: some narrow spots, and some tricky climbs. There were a couple of times when I caught a pedal on a rock or root and got stuck on the hill.
