First time I've ran 2 days in a row. It felt really good but afterwords my foot started to kill

Went well. Felt pretty beat by the end of it and ended up sleeping for the rest of the day

First time running at a somewhat respectable pase. Body fet kinda weird and foot didn't hurt too much

First run felt good. Foot didn't really hurt that much. It was just kinda stiff. Took it slow and I think I'll be able to start running a bit more now

Did the actual workout instead of the deep water running. Overall i think it went well. Foot is pretty sore tho.

Started the workout with a swim which was a nice change. The workout was average
