-This was annoying but decent. So we were to start off around 5k pace and then roll down. First one is 38 - probs not appropriate 5k pace. Then they wanted to pick it up. I said that none of our 5k paces were that fast and they were all 'well we're supposed to roll it down'. I continued saying thats not the point of the workout but they're stupid and wouldn't listen. I stuck with them on the first set, with my anger bubbling up knowing we weren't doing the workout properly. Between the two sets they were super annoying with Ariana being all 'omg I need to go faster, this feels so good blah blah'. I took a walk in order to not rip someones head off. For the second set I decided I wouldn't go out with them as they wanted to run 34(?!?!?!). I still ran fast and knew I was going too fast but I was fuelled with anger. My stomach was not happy at all and had to run to the bathroom after 5. Evidently quinoa doesn't work with me at lunch. Anyway I didn't finish. A nice consolation was seeing them absolutely die on their last rep. Weights were good. Nice and easy just getting into them.

-This was good! I was scared that it was going to be terrible because of how sore I was but it was actually pretty good quality. Form felt really good and I was moving at a decent pace. I contemplated going for longer but decided against it since I was losing daylight and am still only at 60% mileage

-This was not bad. Very excited to be on the track! Wahooza. We were supposed to start off slow and roll down, but still not go super fast. Other girls took off and I was sure they were like on pb pace - thought it was ridiculous. My, Sydney, and Gloria stuck together. Took turns leading which was nice. Felt nice and smooth and easy! Good workout. Dumbbell circuit was alright - however, I cannot squat w/ dumbbells over head omgz

-First day back!!! Was pretty excited to be running again. Not as excited as the other girls apparently because they were absolutely hammering on the run. I felt like i was dying for much of it until I finally convinced them to slow down. It was definitely very close to tempo pace. Very annoying, so dumb. After that we went inside and did fun stuff!! 150s felt amazing. So excited to be going fast again. I was leaving a good amount of space behind Sydney but reeling her in on each one which was fun. My butt hurt SO bad after the first one. It was definitely a shock, but it didn't affect the quality. Then did medball. I didn't want to start w/ 5kg since it was our first time but Sydney insisted (probs not that smart). It actually wasn't as difficult as I anticipated. Overall happy to be back at practice/ running - even though it's only 60% mileage week

Yoga in the AM. This was so stupidly painful. I need to do it more to increase flexibility
