-This was ok. A pb but it felt waaaay harder than it should have. I put myself in a good spot in the race but kind of fell apart in the last ~200. I just don't think I have running much faster than that in my legs right now considering i've done no longer intervals and am not running on off days. Also wasn't super motivated but tried to get myself pumped up to race! Also happy I slipped into the fast heat.

-Feet had been feeling really good and missed the change to go to the pool so decided to try running. I felt like absolute garbage. I think maybe I didn't eat enough. Was really rough

-This was supposed to be aerobic power workout - Doug had me hop on the bike for it. I was able to get breathing up but I never feel as tired after the bike as I do running do I don't feel very accomplished which is annoying.

Note

Took today off. Was going to hop in the pool but I was absolutely exhausted. Slept for 9.5 hours last night and was soooo tired and cranky all day at school. Went home and napped for like 2 hours in the afternoon and am feeling more rested. Throat is a tad sore so trying to not get sick!

-This was not bad. So not used to the cold!! I was really scared that my feet were going to hurt considering the footing wasn't great but they felt good! Longest off day run in a while - woohoo! Legs sooooo sore from this weekend but felt good to loosen them up a bit

-Wowowza night and day compared to GBO. Felt soooo much more comfortable here! Off the line I felt incredibly smooth and calm as opposed to the usual tight fast that I usually feel. Split this pretty well - 30, 32, 33. Doug suggested getting out a bit quicker. I was probably too comfortable at 400m. Felt so amazing this whole time. Didn't really think either! Tucked in behind u of a girls and just went with them. Afterwards I was hands on knees but not for long! So weird compared to my death after GBO. There is definitely more there so I'm excited!

-This was good again! Wasn't exactly sure what I was going to do but luckily there was a U of A girl like 10m in front of me and I just glued my eyes to her back and tried to chase her down. Happy with my time for sure. So much funnnzzzzzz!

-Feet not feeling too terrible after all this running this weekend!!
