-This was decent. Felt easier than last week -- we were going slower on the down hills which probably helped. Crushed the last hill which is always nice. Feet were sore on wu but felt good throughout. Foot is decent afterwards - still going to cross train tomorrow

-Today was ok. Just miserable outside so I wasn't very happy. The loops were not super quick but everyone was running slow today - probably weather related. (Sydneys watch still had us under 4min kms the whole time) I feel like we started with less last year - 4 seems like a lot to start on but whatever. Really didn't feel like doing circuit in the rain afterwards so just went home after CD.

Biked to and from school today which is like nothing but whatever
-Foot is pretty sore today - rather upsetting. Not really any pain while sitting although I can feel it. Pain is like a 3 or 4 when standing or walking. Decided to take today off since I couldn't get into the pool and everything else irritates it a bit. Icing the crap out of it. Also going to try to get into chiro for ART. Found a book on stretching and stuff too so maybe that will help. Gaaahhh

-This was good! My goal for the TT was to run 4k which I did! We started off pretty conservatively - we were all chatting and laughing for the first like 7 min then figured we should get down to business. Ran with Sydney the whole time which was good! Foot was pretty sore afterwards but I couldn't tell if it was really sore or I was just being a baby so decided to do line tempo since it was out on the grass. Didn't hurt during line tempo at all
-A little sore in the evening.
