-Omg was this rough. This workout is always a struggle but today was another level. I was killing it up until 16 min in. At that point I started feeling like such ass - was so close to vomiting it was insane. Struggled through the last bit. The uphills were still decent but I was just dyyyying on the downhills. Sat on the ground for so long afterwards just trying to throw up -- only burps though. Felt nauseous for the rest of the night

-This was good. Felt really hard at first and the water was freeeeeezing. Did it with Sam. We hated life for the first like 10 min but it got better as we went! Feeling better today than yesterday for sure. Throat less sore but more congested and worse cough

-Oh man. Got 10 hours of sleep last night - was hoping to wake up feeling better. Not the case. Felt like garbage in the morning. It got better throughout the day and wasn't quite as bad as yesterday which is a plus. Went to practice but a hard effort would def not be good for me today. Just did wu then 10 more min. Going to get good nights sleep tonight, cross train tomorrow, and hopefully be ready for the hell that is St. Andrews on Thursday
