-This was pretty good. Did this solo to Bowmont which was actually so nice! Haven't enjoyed a run like this in a while. Beautiful scenery, soft trails, decently warm. Would have gone for longer but I figured after the hard workout yesterday and just getting over this garbage sickness I shouldn't go for too long.

Holy hell does racing and being on a bus for a million hours not work for me. Woke up this AM feeling like I had chugged a 26er the night before (I didn't). Went to doc and got antibiotics. Waiting for swab to see what it is. Hate
