-This was rough!! What a difference some altitude and a few hills will make! First 10 min felt great, was moving decently. The moderate felt good for a few min and then I was already feeling a bit rough running like 4:40s. Tempo was really rough. Granted it was a pretty hilly route but I was hurting pretty bad for a tempo and the fastest I ran was 4:22km - big difference from my tempos in tbay where I was running like 4:02 with relative ease. Anyway got the work done

-This was pretty good! Time went by quickly. Was feeling a little rough for the first like 20 min but then we moved into deeper end and it was much easier!

-This was decent. Shin was hurting a little going into this. Tempo was good. Footing was pretty crappy but got the work in and was moving at a decent pace. Brazilians were rough as per usual - 200m does seem a bit harder! Opted to do 2 because I was feeling pretty rough. Also, had been up almost all night with Sasha and then Grandpa being sick so I decided it was best to not push my body too much considering other stressors. Pretty sore after this but nothing too terrible. Shin and foot more sore afterwards than before but not too too bad

-This was pretty good. Footing wasn't amazing. We were mostly running around looking for the good footing. Got some good work in. Didn't wear spikes for the stuff inside. Was going decently fast. Didn't quite go lactic but almost on the 120s. Legs feeling alright - shin a bit sore - wanted to not do the stuff on the track but figured it would be good to get some speed in

-This was good. It was super windy out and the footing wasn't great but I was feeling pretty good. Legs and bum were a bit sore before and during but a bit better afterwards.
