-This was reaaalllllyyy hot and mind numbing. Watched an episode of Sherlock while doing it but it was still a little rough to get through. Foot was hurting a bit until about 20 min then it went away. Afterwards legs super sore

Stretch at home
-This was alright. Feeling a little fatigued for this. Foot has been hurting a bit earlier in the day but not terrible. Took turns leading with Emma. The 150s felt really short, 300s felt way longer than 300! The first 150s were easy. The 300 felt a bit rough after about 200 and the last 150 was not terrible because it felt so short. I felt like I had done this workout faster in the past but looking back I couldn't find it so maybe I imagined it. Foot feeling okay afterwards

-This was good. Emma CC joined me for most of it which made it go by much quicker. Got a good sweat on and breathing was comparable to what it would be like while running. Legs and butt soo heavy afterwards

-This was decent. Was supposed to be fairly easy as we're still recovering from race this weekend. Coach wanted us to do something aerobic. This was surprisingly aerobic too! Was in a big group with me and Emma D taking turns leading. Every one I led was 55 which we had decided was a good pace but Emma was all over the place. After the 300s my feet felt pretty tight and sore so decided to hop on the bike
-Was pretty unmotivated for weights. It was a zoo in the weight room, as per usual so we couldn't do dead lifts or anything.
Rolled, stretched, and iced later in the night and feet were feeling better

-This was okay. Dragged Treev along and he was hurting a bit. I didn't want to go for too long as my PF has been hurting a little - just wanted to test it out and see if running helped it at all. Bottom of left foot felt tight and weird during the run and I could feel my PF afterwards. Went and bought a Strassburg sock to hopefully nip this in the bud but it was so incredibly uncomfortable I took it off. Might go back and return it for a soft splint

Note

Coach said to take today off completely. Legs weren't feeling too terrible. Did a bit of stretching the calves.
PF isn't quite hurting but I can feel it which is absolutely terrifying
