-This was rough. Not really sure what I could have done differently. Went out in 30/32/35. Got kind of boxed in and and passed which was rough. Just didn't have it in my legs today which is frustrating considering it was my last kick at the can!

-This was decent. Emma got us out into a good spot. Had Lesley hot on my heels the whole time which was a lot of fun! Was attempting to be a bit tactical to not let her pass which I had fun with. On the last lap people were screaming at her that she had me and I was like aww hell nah! And didn't let her kick past me. Overall happy with my leg of this, not as happy at what happened after I passed off the baton but thems the breaks

-This was decent. We were in the jack which felt different. Legs feeling pretty good. Behind right knee is acting up again from when I tweaked it stretching last week. Can feel it but not super painful

Went to the zoo in the am and behind right knee was sore. Not super painful but more painful than it has been so taking today off b/c idk if biking will make it feel any better

-This was good! Gloria was pushing the pace from the start because she knew she was going to die off lol. I think we were right around 4min pace and the footing wasn't great so it was good! 150s were good! Feeling quick and light. Could feel behind my right knee again which is a bit terrifying. Going to take it easy tomorrow
