-This was just meh. Was feeling pretty excited about this but oddly not super nervous. I got nervous a few hours before but then on the start line my hr wasn't up and wasn't feeling super nervous - it was actually kind of nice and allowed me to take everything in. My leg was meh - made up some ground on western and passed a girl. Don't really know what I was thinking during. At the end I was pretty tired but as per usual I should have kicked earlier.
-The end of my eligibility - tres sad.

-This was pretty good. We took turns leading to get the 800 rhythm down. Wanted to do a bit more so Doug had us do a few 150s. They were quick but I felt like my form was going all wobbly. Altogether feeling decent!

-Holy hell did I not want to do this. After my 9 hr day of class I came home and had a nap and just kept finding every excuse to not do this. Was looking for anything to do instead to avoid the cold. Finally around 7:30 I forced myself to do at least 20 min. Once I was out there it wasn't actually that bad. I was bundled so it wasn't quite as cold as I anticipated. My legs felt really good for it too. Some black ice that I slipped on a few times but caught myself. Body is feeling pretty good

-This wasn't great. It was hella cold so I was soo unmotivated. For whatever reason our group started a few min before the others so I didnt have Sheri or Gloria to run with so I was flying solo. Got almost to the same spot as a few weeks ago but cut one corner a bit. Didn't have gps on but was probably like 4:15s per km. Once inside the 150s felt decent.
