Foam roll 20 min warmup, preActive Huskies workout: 25 mins tempo plus 3x200m uphill than jog recovery 3x200m flat and incline loops all out 20 min cooldown and foam roll Bit above average today. Felt strong and relaxed. Ready for a down mileage week though
