Bit above average day today, not outstanding. Great stayed at the front and was consistent and finishes strong

Started out okay but not my best day I was very sore from yesterday and found it hard to get up the hills today haha

We haven't done much speed so the 1km time trial was a little out of my element. It felt relaxed. I know I have a bit more in me. The rest of the workout was really strong
