long run
started late due to a migraine
took an advil around 9 and started the run at 11
the kids were awake for this run so i had a lot of cheerleaders
focused well on form
i don't think i'm very fit at the moment - i'm able to get the runs done no problem but i'm fairly certain i'm not moving too quickly

2x 20 minutes @ tempo effort
20 minute cool down
Froze on one side of the community and was on fire when I was running on the other side
It was only -2 but the windy side was tough to run in - my breathing kept getting out of control there
This was okay - focus wasn't where it should have been
A woman yelled at me to slow down for traffic - I'm going to take that as a compliment

still needed the headlamp
i'm ordering some reflective gear over the weekend - will hopefully help with the confidence and comfort
feeling pretty tried but making it work
legs feel quite good

it was pitch black when I was running @ six
should order a headlamp

won't be able to run tomorrow @ a safe hour due to camping with the class
