first two loops were slower than usual
a lot of adjusting clothing and feeling out the footing in the first two loops
pretty steady, consistent for the bulk of the run
focused well on moving my arms & decent form
will work on harder training this week
it's been tough emotionally and physically adjusting to changes @ work etc.
thunder was a jerk again
