Good quality although there was quite a bit of pain in my hip and mid-back a little over halfway through the workout. Finished the workout on the elliptical then cooled down on bike.

1:05 Steady on elliptical. Great effort put in. 10/10 effort wise! Elora and I were next to eachother on the machines so that was nice as well.

Hip feeling about the same as it had been last week and the week before.
Wasn't too bad in the water. Effort was 10/10. ETT: 2

15 Minutes elliptical as instructed. Felt good, shut it down after 15 and didn't push anything.
