Achilles were sore from Wednesday, and generally did not feel good even running slowly. Hopped on the elliptical and got a really good workout done. All the hard minutes were on lvl 11 @ about 170. Heart Rate was the highest ive seen it on the ellip at 172.

Once again a pretty good elliptical off day lvl 7 at 160-165 but my achilles is still quite sore. Quite noticeable at various points throughout the day, and generally sore walking around.

Elliptical 1:00:00 [1] 6.0 km (10:00 / km)

preactivation
1h elliptical
hip mobility,medball
rope stretch,foam roll,ice

Elliptical was good lvl 7 at about 165 the entire time but my achilles are mangled. Possibly the sorest they've been in recent memory. Limping around a bit this am, and generally uncomfortable in both achilles.
5 PM

Elliptical 30:00 [1] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

30 min elliptical

Elliptical was as good as my other off days but my achilles are still sore. Not much difference from this am to now.

Running 55:00 [3] 12.22 km (4:30 / km)

preactivation
15 warm up
tempo loop (8:07)
active warm up (4 strides)
1k,2mins,2x(5x200m w/100m job) w/200m job
15cooldown
push and sit
rope stretch,foam roll,ice

Times:3:00, all under 36

This was a good workout. Tempo felt strong the entire time, and I wasn't struggling/pushing like I have been. Active was good, and my hip flexer did not hurt but was noticeably a bit weak after 4 strides. The 3k pace stuff was good, and I felt really strong on the 200s. Achilles was getting aggravated towards the end of the second set of 200s. Post workout achilles is a bit sore but we'll know how things are tomorrow.

Water Running 45:00 [1] 4.5 km (10:00 / km)

preactivation
usual warm up
3x(5x40s w/20s) w/50s
deepwater to 45
hip mobility,medball,ass class
rope stretch,foam roll,ice

Wasn't really excited for this but I got some good stuff done. Achilles is not very good today, and I dont plan on running later today. Generally starting to feel quite fatigued again despite not training all that much.
5 PM

Elliptical 1:00:00 [1] 6.0 km (10:00 / km)

1h elliptical

Was really not looking forward to this but time went by surprisingly fast. Effort was good and was on lvl 7 at about 160 the entire time. Legs are fatigued but the achilles is feeling a bit better now.

Running 45:00 [4] 10.0 km (4:30 / km)

preactivation
15 warm up (run)
20mins @ tempo (elliptical for the rest of workout)
3x(1,2,1 w/1min) w/2min
15 cooldown
push and sit
rope stretch,foam roll,ice

Achilles were sore waking up but that was about it no issues throughout the day but immediately upon beginning the warm up I was uncomfortable. Got on the elliptical, and just went really hard. Legs are exhausted post session, and this was probably my best elliptical. Tempo was lvl 10 ~170, and hard stuff was lvl 12 ~175. Looking forward to seeing Rodney tomorrow, and getting a tune up.

Running 1:30:00 [1] 20.0 km (4:30 / km)

preactivation
1h30 run
30 HoH drills
hip mobility,strength,ass class
rope stretch,foam roll,ice

Decent run with the guys but certainly not the fastest i've ever done. On the bright side my achilles was a bit sore this am but it did not feel like it was being aggravated by the run what so ever. I would only feel it occasionally on the rough terrain but it was not a continuous pain like it has been in the past. Also no pain the hip flexers but they are both certainly tight.
