Pre act, 15 wu, active warm up, full loop (10:41), 3 mins rest, full loop (10:29), 3 mins rest, half loop (5:29) , 15 cd , push and sit, stretch, roll ice.
Okay workout. Not sure which is more likely to be the reason. Don't think I was completely healthy or I'm just out of shape. Maybe both. Worked hard and it felt extremely difficult. But overall not bad.
