pre act, 15 wu, active warm up, 3 mins tempo, 6km time trial (20:00), 15 cd, stretch roll, ice

okay workout. legs were really sore after. pretty slow in general so not that happy with that

good shake out. felt sore from pauls workout mostly in quads

Good run overall. felt good in general. average good.

pre act, 15 wu, 10 tempo, 2 sets of 30s, 1 min, 30s, 5 tempo, 15 cd. push and sit, roll, stretch, ice

okay workout. knee felt better in general. didn't feel it until second set of speed work.

Monday Oct 26, 2015 #

Running 45:00 [3] 10.0 km (4:30 / km)

Pre act, 15 wu, 2 sets of 1,2,1 hard. Call it quits and cool down. Knee began to hurt sound 20 minutes. Felt really sore.

Eliptical 55:00 [3] 5.5 km (10:00 / km)


15 wu, 4 sets of 1,2,1 hard. , cd to 55.

Better than this morning. Not a lot of knee to butt on the elip so a lot less pain.
