This was a really solid workout. I can't believe it went so went considering I ran like garbo and felt terrible yesterday. I've pretty much come to the conclusion that I run MUCH better in the morning. First one was a feeler; 2nd one, I was warmed up and flowy; went to work on the third one - although it wasn't much faster; last one, pretty much all I had the entire time and it was tough right from the beginning. But.... happy it was the fastest.
