This was a struggle but again, I really pushed to get the most outta this. The last 5 days I have been burning the candle on both ends and I feel like I am done. Really getting practice with feeling like absolute junk and just suffering!

Felt pretty bad again today but it stayed about the same for the entire run. Legs not to heavy feeling though. Strides were good. No soreness and nothing hurts, just fatigue.
