Preactive + spent a good deal of time just rolling the calves.
Usually Pool Festivities. I had to do all deep water stuff because my calf really hurt. It start acting up pretty good yesterday during the cool down. Should have stopped immediately but noooo... being dumb, I ran 5km on it and now it's frigged up. >:|

It'll get sorted up ... just need to not do anything stupid. Like eat my feelings or sign up for a body building contest.
