shoes: Adidas Adios Boost 3
4km up + 14min(2:30/:30) + cd to 45mins.
This was bad. 10 minutes in I was getting a lot of pain in the ole ball sack.... it got so bad during the steady/surge that I had to stop ... post run the right is 3x larger then the left ... this is not good.
Had a 20 minute ice bath and that seemed to help. :(
