Easy hour today. Quads better but still soar.
Did 4 strides/ 15 second hard pick ups within the last 5 minutes of the run.

Lots of stretching and rolling throughout the night.

This was interesting. I can't believe how much my quads hurt right now... there is really no reason for it either. Anyways toughed it out but the brazilian sucked bad.

Focusing on sleep and getting my course work done right now so I didn't go to pool this morning and instead ran a little longer this afternoon. Super awesome run. Achilles was great (scraped the crap out of it last night with a butter knife and Aveeno moisturizing cream... lol ... then iced it a lot).

Side note - quads felt like they did after I ran Grandma's though... painful... Don't know why.

Strides after as well
It hurts to roll the quads also

8:25pm currently and quads still hurt??

Ran with the team for this at regular time. So much better having company. Everything feeling good except achilles, but it was fine after first 10 minutes.

Was supposed to be a rest day for me, but I decided since I was not going to run that I would elliptical to keep impact off achilles. All was good.

Went to hangar to run with the group for a bit before they worked out. Ran with Joe and Dad to Belrose Hills then cruised back down Burwood and then LU trials. Sweet run, felt awesome and it was 8 degrees!!!

First run back. Body felt pretty. Lump is still there on my achilles even after 5 day off, but it didnt hurt while running. Don't thinking it's ever going to go away.
