Almost didnt make it this morning. Woke up at 6:28 but still made it in the pool on time :)

Decent workout today. Legs felt good but hips seemed tight.

This ended up being the best off day run all week. Started out a little run but the last 45 I was rolling pretty good and the effort felt very comfortable. Very happy that things finally came back around... Maybe just needed to do a workout and turn the legs over.

Absolutely sick run.... Not sure why but I felt really good this afternoon. Was rolling pretty good this morning but this was definitely faster.

Pretty good workout. I felt terrible and thought it was slow but after looking at splits after workout I was quite pleased. Good sign if I can run the way I did feeling bad and in the heat.

Easy 20 up through hospital trails and then 30 back to campus and around riverside back to hangar. Still not really feeling that great which is starting to weird me out!

Pretty average run. Felt better this morning. I dont know whether it was because of a long day at work, the heat or just not recovering that well?

This was a better run today. Felt less heavy and was less sore. Felt like there was more pep in the stride today too.
