Running (Alternating KM's) 1:20:30 [4] 22.0 km (3:40 / km)
shoes: Adidas Boston Boost (Green)

Preactive + Roll
4KM WU + 14km of 3:45/3:20 a KM + 4KM CD

Well this was interesting. Was supposed to do 3:45/3:20 but after doing the first 4km of about that I figured it was WAY TOO EASY. Didn't go crazy but picked it up a bit for next two fast KM's running 3:11 and 3:10. I figured I would keep it there and go for 16km but the next one ended up being 3:05. At that point, I decided to see just how fast I could run the next one. Ended up being 2:59 but I wasn't dead and still felt marginally good and by the time I did the slow KM I felt recovered after a 3:40. Then ripped a 2:52. At that point I figured that was good and rolled right into cool down.... times:

Right into cool down @ 3:54 ,3:49, 3:48, 3:58

Very pleased with this...

Running 30:00 [3] 6.67 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Adidas Response Boost (Orange)

Easy 30 this morning. Just took it easy.

Rolled for about 8 minutes after.
4 PM

Running (Loops) 1:20:00 [4] 17.78 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Adidas Takumi Sen 3

Preactive + Roll
15up + Active + Full Loop + 4 x Half Loops with usually recoveries + 15cd

This was really good I thought and certainly hit the goal of the workout. The first full loop felt really fast and I couldn't believe how slow it was when I stopped my watch at the end. Both Derek and I were surprised really. Anyways ... my new mantra is just run and that's what I did. Felt HORRIBLE, especially for the last two but kept pushing. There was certainly more there for the last two but, I kept the effort at a Wednesday level. Not saying I could have went 10 seconds faster but certainly in that 4-5 range. Spiking up would have helped too ... but I just plum forgot and I was more focused on not having an accident.

Water Running 45:00 [3] 4.5 km (10:00 / km)

Off Day Preact/New Preact + 4 x lunge
Pool WO#3

This was a tough day in the pool as I was dealing with some stomach issues this morning. Managed to get through the entire running A's but man it was rough.
3 PM

Running 1:20:00 [3] 17.78 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Adidas Response Boost (Orange)

Preactive with XC Team
1:20:00 with 5 x strides in last 5 minutes

This was one of the better Tuesday runs. Was kind of going through the motions and just running from like 35 - 45 and then ran into Tree so it was a good pick up for about 15 minutes.... than actually felt good for the last 25.

Knee fine during running but bothers me when sitting and then getting up/sitting back down.

Running (Tempo) 1:10:00 [3] 15.56 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Adidas Adios Boost Purple

Preactivation + Roll
15up + 3 x 11@Tempo with 2min + CD to 70 with 2 Hill Strides

This was an okay workout. Things were going well on the first one but about 6 mins into the 2nd I started dealing with cramping again. Caused a lot of problems for my run by I stayed somewhat strong. The last set was pretty bad with cramps, however worked them out for last 3 minutes to get some work done.

Knee bothered me the whole time but wasn't painful... hard feeling to describe really.
