Eliptical 40:00 [3] 4.0 km (10:00 / km)

Easy leg turnover.
4 PM

Running 1:05:00 [3] 14.44 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Adidas Adios Boost Purple

Preactive + Roll
15UP + 10@Tempo, 3mins with spikes on
2 x 1-2-1 with 1min between and 2min between sets, spikes off ~2min
10@Tempo + 16CD

Pretty sweet workout. Feel smooth and strong. I was even fairly happy with the fast stuff as I never got dropped until the last minuter (I blame Derek for turning when I didnt know he was going to turn.... ha) Last bit of tempo was also strong and I felt like i could have kept going at the same effort without having breathing get out of control for at least another 5 minutes

Hopefully Friday will go well.

Water Running 45:00 [3] 4.5 km (10:00 / km)

2:15 down by :15 to :15
Decent pool workout... I was a limited how much I could do on the drills as my toe is still bothering me. The running A's were tolerable but likely because of the reduced stress/weight being in the pool. Got in a decent effort as I trying to move the arms as quick as possible.

Toe is 100x better today than yesterday and isn't really that swollen anymore. See how the day goes but it might be okay to run by the end of the day. Throw some ice on it during prep and ibuprofen and maybe good to go. :)
3 PM

Running 1:30:00 [3] 20.0 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-3000 Green

This was okay. Toe kinda bothered me for the first half hour then wasn't bad. Post run it's sore but whatever... no strides.

Note
(injured)

Big toe pretty black and swollen up real good... can't really bend it. Should be good for Weds... Looks like the pool and I gonna be real good friends next two days.
6 AM

Eliptical 30:00 [3] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: Adidas Response Boost (Orange)

Tried running this morning.... no way it was happening. Big toe excruciatingly painful. Wasn't bad on the elliptical.
5 PM

Water Running 1:10:00 [3] 7.0 km (10:00 / km)

15WU + 3x 10(hard) with 2mins + CD to 70

Good effort today... first minute of each 10 I pretty much went as hard as I could to get breathing insane and then just kept going hard enough that breathing was tempo (ishy). hips pretty knackered but toe was great... lol
