Preactive + Roll 15up + Full Active 3min @ Tempo 6 x 1 mile @Max with 5min 15cd This was okay. I was hoping it was gonna go a little better and was hoping to be faster than last year. I dont remember starting right at the bridge though last year... Think we started about 10 after it at the tree... anyways worked incredibly hard and got a lot out. Not sure what happened on the 5th one but I had nothing. 4:51, 4:47, 4:56, 4:49, 5:09, 4:49

Rolled and iced the calf but it was still sore all night.

This was tough. Woke up feeling terribly sore and stiff so I forced myself out the door to try and loosen up for the day. Run was slow!

This was just outright terrible. I knew it was going to be too, but i tried putting that aside and tried to focus on just running each interval well. First one was not really all that bad at 10:19 which was faster than the first full two weeks ago. First half loop was very tough and after that I pretty did not even try. Wasted a good opportunity to grind and get better.

This was awesome! First 4 intervals on first set Derek and I were flying. Ended up getting away on the second set and intervals 2 and 3 were as good but managed to run very fast again on the final 2.

Noticing that raw speed has come out of nowhere as the hill strides were fast and I didnt get smoked like I have been in the past.
