Pretty decent run. Footing seemed softer and than usual and I found it pretty slippery. I really had to wrk hard to turn up the pace on the minuters... legs just werent feeling good... hopefully the legs liven up for this weekend.

Roll a little after but no push and sit b/c I have to get to interviews at the school

Ran really easy but it was still respectable. Don't want to over do anything this week and hoping to have a solid workout tomorrow unlike last Weds.

Last minute thankgiving dinner so I had to workout earlier. This was good. Pretty happy with the turnover and felt good getting right back into steady. Really rolled CD.
