A lot of things happening in this workout which was nice because it went by pretty fast. Anyways running outside was interesting. Tempo was tempo that's for sure but it was fast due to poor conditions... Not so worried about running fast, it's the slipping that caused me knee problems last year twice that worries me but so far fine.

The track stuff was good but it was tough. Legs took a beating from the tempo. Was kind nice having the girls to run with while they were doing their 4km stuff and I was on my off KM's - made it go by faster. Times:

A little bit of rolling since stuff is sore and I don't have time to do it once I leave before school.

Pretty good run. Faster than normal. A lot of Icing/Stretching last night plus some Ibuprofen and calves/ankle was surprising okay today... Still was uncomfortable but was not causing pain.

Pretty decent run today. Ran the 18 holes of Chapples Golf Course which was interesting before making way through College and University back home. Overall ankle and calves feel good. But I am a little concerned with right IT. Getting some significant discomfort on the outside of the right quad.

A lot of stretching the hips and glutes + icing

This was okay but not great by any means. I struggle a lot with the uneveness of the footing over such a long period of time. (Just destroyed my ankles and calves). Worked hard to keep the aerobic effort as high as possible but if anything, gave the legs a good beating to improve strength?

Something was up with my ankle today. It just really hurt so I decided not to run and elliptical.

Run was okay. Everything except calves felt good. Calves were even more sore than yesterday.
