Running 1:50:00 [4] 31.0 km (3:33 / km)
shoes: Adidas Boston Boost (Green)

Preactive + Roll
2.5km UP + Active + 2 more all out strides
25km steady @marathon effort (1:25:39) - Meh!
2.5km CD

Leg Swings
Heel Drops
Hip Mobility
Roll + Stretch + Ice Bath

This was alright. Still not feeling the greatest and the fact that it was fairly cold (-6) didn't help... -6 isn't even cold either. But anyways, legs were fairly heavy and just didn't seem to have any jam. After first 5km (16:50), I was already working hard and my legs hurt - breathing was fine though. Second 5km was better (16:20) but then had a rough patch from about 12-17km and I stopped caring what times I was running. Managed to have a good stretch after that until 21km followed by two lousy KM's. Last two km's were good, but I pushed it much more than marathon effort. Overall, high mileage, sickness, and colder temperatures makes for tough running.

Running 30:00 [3] 6.67 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-3000 Green

Easy shake out followed by some stretching and rolling. Pretty wiped!

Running 1:05:00 [3] 14.44 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-3000 Green

Ran a little more than I normally would for a Friday but I had to take yesterday complete off due to stomach issues. Ran was okay but body not recovered from yesterday's escapade... that's for sure.

Roll + Ice tub (wasn't fun)

Running 35:00 [3] 7.78 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-3000 Green

Stretch + Roll + Skips
35:00 run

Tough run. Don't think I was really awake yet.

Stretch + Roll
3 PM

Running tempo 1:20:00 [4] 17.78 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Adidas Boston Boost (Green)

Preactive + Roll
15up + 7 x 6min@Tempo /1min + CD to 80
Hip Mobility
Abs
Still can't do push ups (Shoulder is F-ed)
Stretch + Roll + Ice

This was a BONE CRUSHER!!! Best tempo session I have ever had. No idea why because I felt like absolute garbo and legs were super sore starting out. Set one and two were tough but I was moving pretty good. It got easier for sets 3,4,5, and 6 as I relaxed or warmed up more and just overall got into a good breathing rhythm. 7 I started to tie up a bit but didn't felt overly tired. Contemplated doing more but thought better of it.

1 x (:15, :30, :45, :30, :15) / :15

This was definitely the hardest pool workout ever because you start out going all out because it's so short, but then had to hang on longer each time.
