Gratton was a no go because it wasn't plowed.... zero was plowed around LU too.... Didn't feel like running God know how many laps around the track so I ran to Chapples and did workout there. Have hardly ran outside lately and weather was beautiful.... no a breathe of wind today. Chapples was decent but a little slippery - whatever - didn't care just ran hard and turned the legs over for the minuters. Tempo was solid.
Nothing after (took kids tobogganing until noon) - not going be around tomorrow... so gotta keep the peace.
