Workout - 15UP + 6x1min (hard), 1min(easy), 2mins + 20@Tempo, 2mins + 6x1min (hard), 1min(easy) + CD to 75

Gratton was a no go because it wasn't plowed.... zero was plowed around LU too.... Didn't feel like running God know how many laps around the track so I ran to Chapples and did workout there. Have hardly ran outside lately and weather was beautiful.... no a breathe of wind today. Chapples was decent but a little slippery - whatever - didn't care just ran hard and turned the legs over for the minuters. Tempo was solid.

Nothing after (took kids tobogganing until noon) - not going be around tomorrow... so gotta keep the peace.

45 easy.... kind of a tough run. Pretty smoked from this morning but we need to get serious again.

Easy 45 on treadmill.... freaking 6" of snow fell throughout morning and afternoon and everything is a slop fest.

Good run today. 30 run WU was good and the first 20 of the middle 30 was about a tempo effort... slowly rolled down the last 10 to about half marathon effort (wasn't anything crazy). Last 30 was about a strong off day effort.

Lots of stretchy and rolly after.

65 easy on the treadmill today. too much snow. attempted to do strides after but treadmill really wasnt fast enough @ only 12mph

This was really good today. The steady was solid and controlled and the surges noticeably faster. Did a really good job running the steady right after surges. 20cd was fairly quickish too.
