This was really good up until 53 minutes. Steady surge was fast! And, surges really good. Had some pain along the shin (anterior tibial tendon) but ran through it for the workout, however at 53 minutes it just ceased! I had to stop and massage it for 5 minutes. I should have called it quits and just walked home because I was three minutes from my house... but I ran from movati because it easier to stretch and roll after there. Nonetheless I ran for another 22 minutes to get back there and likely did a lot more damage.

Was planning on running this morning, but upon waking up I feel wrecked. Between Saturday's workout and yesterday's long run, I'm pretty beat up so I decided to elliptical instead. Hope the workout goes okay later today.

Really good session today. I was a little worried about running today because I feel so terrible this morning. Weather was awesome and it was nice to be out in half tights... I seriously can just move faster when I'm not wearing full tights. Workout was super strong and it was pretty much 40 minutes of straight tempo. I was pretty controlled for the first 4 sets and think I could have went a bit quicker and really pushed that tempo limit possibly getting just over it by the end, but I was content to run with Jordo. Once Jordo was done after 6, I destroyed the last two.

Well this was an early one and VERY glad I did it then before it got insanely windy. I little slower due to the earliness but whatever.
