Afternoon shake out. Not bad but legs are tired.

This was a really solid workout. I can't believe it went so went considering I ran like garbo and felt terrible yesterday. I've pretty much come to the conclusion that I run MUCH better in the morning. First one was a feeler; 2nd one, I was warmed up and flowy; went to work on the third one - although it wasn't much faster; last one, pretty much all I had the entire time and it was tough right from the beginning. But.... happy it was the fastest.

This was really good today! And after yesterday's disaster I am quite pleased. Ice bath likely helped. Anyways first three laps were rough but then I got better and I felt great.

Track practice was canceled due to weather (made me really happy). So I was able to get this done earlier and then be home when everyone got home for a change.

Ran on treadmill inside of fighting with the weather like Tuesday. Figured since I wasn't doing strides cause I did them this morning a treadmill was sufficient. Felt as if I may be getting sick so that was another reason I didn't rain in the rain.

Run felt pretty good though... Ran a rolling hills option.

This was just awful. All 135 minutes of it. I just I was working much harder than I thought on Monday's workout and Tuesday's run in the wind and rain (which caused a wickid ear ache) probably drained me more. Either way some really good work was done with learning to suffer

Not very happy with this because I really wanted to get in 1:15:00 today but the weather was brutal. Had a WICKID ear ache set in about midway through run so I decided only to do an hour.

Only did 4 strides today
No Mobility as I had physio at 430 anyways and she mobilized stuff for over hour anyways.

This was excellent and I was really controlled for the large majority of this. The faster stuff was great quality but there was more there. Really pushed the last 7mins of tempo once I was on my own.
