Was only allowed to fish until 12:00 according to the new rules this year (stupid) but this gave me lots of time to get a run in and not leave me exhausted so that was a plus. Run was decent but kinda tired.

Solid run wirh Derek this morning. Felt awesome for first 25mins then got really dizzy for some weird reason and had to really slow down for 10 minutes. Got better and then last 10min ended up being best running.

Legs felt good today. Best run in last 10 days... should have run longer but I know I'll be doing at least an hour last at workout. Not looking forward to running in the heat though.

Not bad today... legs felt okay and the tempo was a good effort. Super hot in town but it was only 27c after boulevard instead of 35c at house so it was bareable. Solid day though.
